Gerry Adams on canvass in Crotlieve

Sinn Féin President, Gerry Adams MP was warmly greeted by local people in Warrenpoint Square on Monday at the start off his tour to a number of areas in Crotlieve area to canvass support for Sinn Féin Candidate Colm Burns in the forthcoming 18 June Newry and Mourne council by-election. He was accompanied by Assembly member Conor Murphy, Arthur Morgan TD and four local Sinn Féin councillors throughout Warrenpoint, Rostrevor, and Hilltown, finally arriving in Ballyholland, Newry.

During his walkabout in Warrenpoint, Adams encouraged everyone to come out and vote for Colm Burns on 18 June.
