Waterford ratifies Cullinane
David Cullinane was ratified last Friday, 22 September, as Sinn Féin candidate for the Waterford constituency in the forthcoming general election. The ratifaction meeting in the constituency that formally launched his campaign was attended by Fermanagh and South Tyrone MP Michelle Gildernew. ``It is about time that republican politics were again placed on the agenda for the people of Waterford City and County,'' said Cullinane. ``Equality, justice and democracy will now become centre stage in Waterford.''
