In proud and loving memory of my dear brother Volunteer Seán `Maxie' McIlvenna, who was killed on active service on 17 December 1984. a beautiful nature, a heart of gold, no finer brother the world could hold. O'NEILL, Danny (26th Ann). In proud and loving memory of our dear friend and comrade Volunteer Danny O'Neill, C Coy, 2nd Batt, Belfast Brigade, Oglaigh Na hÉireann, who died on 7 January 1972 on active service. Your memory and sacrifice continues to inspire us. Always remembered by Seán and Pat.

SHEEHY, Patrick (8th Ann). In proud and loving memory of my friend Volunteer Patrick Sheehy, Limerick Brigade, Oglaigh Na hÉireann, who died while on active service on 2 January 1991, while defending his country against a foreign invader. While only a few understand his sacrifice, his suffering, hopes and dreams, his mighty spirit will forever live on. ``My country was my idol; to it I sacrificed every selfish, every endearing sentiment; and for it I now offer up my life.'' - Robert Emmet.
